I sized down to an XL and it fit perfect. It was long but the length worked perfect with heels. I felt it was very flattering and would probably be flattering on most body types. The only cons were that the fabric is pretty cheap feeling and thin. But I think if you ordered in a dark shade it wouldn't be that noticeable.

I do give this dress 4 stars for fit and style but only 4 stars. It came right out of the package with 3 small spots on it. And with the color being beige/tan it's noticeable. Not sure if I'll still wear it or not. I NEED it for a wedding so I'm bummed about the stains. It's hard to find a good fitting wedding party style dress that fits my apple shape body. But this was a great fit. It is long (I'm '5 6) and it touches the floor and slightly drags so I would wear heels or wedges with it if I do keep it.
