I own several Koh Koh maxi dresses, so I had high expectations that this dress would fit just as nicely as the others. I'm '50, 135 lbs. and size 34D, so the medium fit comfortably as I wanted. The drape top does wonders to cover an imperfect midsection, and is snug enough to stay put on my shoulders, but not too tight. Since I'm short, the drape is too long, so I'll have to cut it down some as well as shorten the dress length (as with any maxi dress I buy). Whatever the circumstances, I continue to enjoy watching for new Koh Koh styles.
